Seems one of my bottles of Surly Two my not have the cap seated properly. It’s now over 3 years old and having some at Autumn Brew Review last weekend confirmed that it just keeps getting better with age. When it was fresh people seemed to love it or not like it. I really enjoyed it fresh but with age it’s gotten even better. So do I pop it and see if the bottle is still good or let it sit for a while longer? One of only 90 bottles sold. 30 bottles each Saturday for 3 weeks with a 1 per person limit.
