A gift from a friend, I was warned that these bottles didn’t properly carbonate (something thats all too common from Lost Abbey). I left this beer out of the cellar and at room temperature for over two years in hopes that it might get some bit of carbonation but sadly, nothing appeared. Port Brewing Barrel-Aged Santa’s Little Helper was still nice so sit around and sip on even if the lack of carbonation did detract from it a good bit. Notes from the barrel came through fairly nicely.
