A dry-hopped sour?  Sounds interesting enough.  It’s more than interesting, it’s awesome.  The le terroir or environmental conditions that affected this brew were great as it came out as a nicely soured beer with fruity hops coming through nicely in the dry-hopping along with some nice bits from the barrels it was aged in.  If you can still find New Belgium Le Terroir from their Lips Of Faith Series around, grab one quick.  They sold out fast but we can hope it will appear again.
