This big brown ale was inspired by Belgian Trappist monks and weighs in at a heft 11.5% ABV.  Nice and complex, Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel Rigor Mortis ABT has notes of chocolate and caramel along with some fruit and spice. The brewer suggests aging this brew at least 6 months before consuming.  Dennis Brothers Liquor had these bottles on closeout for only $1.99 each. An awesome price for a big beer like this.  It’s only brewed once a year and goes on sale in April until it’s all gone so get it when you can.
