I’ve had this bottle of AleSmith Speedway Stout sitting around since about 2007. Brewed with coffee, this imperial stout is always good but a good aging in the cellar has made it fantastic.  Tons of coffee, milk chocolate, bits of caramel and a touch of roasted malt.  Drinks super smoothly with just a touch of carbonation.  No sign of the 12% ABV in the aroma or flavor.  I wish I had a case of this stuff still in the cellar.
