The second of four craft brews make to commemorate their 30th anniversary, Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Charlie, Fred & Ken’s Bock was a beer created by homebrewer and author Charlie Papazian, beer writer Fred Eckhardt, and Sierra Nevada founder Ken Grossman. Nice toasted malt with a light sweetness and clean hop finish.
