Released at their annual Festivus party, Town Hall Brewery’s Elves’ Elixir is a new recipe every time. This year’s brew is a hybrid American/Belgian IPA. Brewed by Town Hall brewer Adam, this beer uses a classic Belgian yeast and malt profile while being hopped like an American IPA using 6 different hop varieties. Weighing in at 8.5% ABV it’s packs a nice punch although the alcohol isn’t apparent in the aroma or flavor. This brew stays very drinkable with a great hoppy aroma and flavor along with that signature Belgian yeast note.
