Served up fresh this brew has plenty of hop presence but it also aged very well. This bottle sat in the cellar for 3 years and drank wonderfully when opened this past fall. SweetWater Happy Ending imperial stout has a smooth and roasty malt body with just a touch of alcohol left after it’s time in the cellar. Get some if you can.
