All Together is a global beer collaboration to support hospitality professionals during the tough times we’re experiencing with the global COVID-19 pandemic. Hundred of brewers across the US and around the world have joined to brew a beer that helps support these fine folks. Modist Brewing All Together IPA is one of those made in support of this great cause.
All Together IPA
The hospitality industry has been hit really hard by the pandemic. In order to help, Other Half Brewing created All Together, a worldwide beer collaboration to support hospitality professionals. More than 700 breweries in over 50 countries have signed on to brew the recipe, with each picking an industry charity to receive a portion of the proceeds. For Modist Brewing, their beer will benefit The North Stands.
This brew pours a hazy golden yellow with a frothy head of white foam. With time, the bubbles break down and leave lots of lacing clinging to the glass.
Nose of apricot, pineapple, and juicy mango, along with other citrus touches. It’s teeming with tropical fruit.
Modist substituted Sabro hops for Cascade in the original recipe, as they didn’t have any on-hand. Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops are also used abundantly in the brew and dry-hopping, imparting juicy citrus flavors of papaya, pineapple, mango, and a touch of strawberry. Malted barley and flaked wheat add a super smooth malt profile, and balances the hops nicely.

We’re facing unprecedented challenges but we’re also seeing so many come together in a bigger way than ever before. The All Together beer collaboration is a wonderful example of how the craft beer industry is taking action to help those in need.
