As the second offering in the Schell’s Stag Series, No. 2 is a farmhouse ale made with Minnesota wild rice. The earthy and nutty notes that wild rice imparts really works well in this brew. Nice and dry so it drinks wonderfully. I suddenly realize I need a Schell’s pint glass. I have plenty of 1L mugs from Bockfest but nothing smaller from them.
