This bottle has been sitting in the cellar for some time. Goose Island Imperial IPA 2007 aged nicely into a smooth barleywine like brew. I believe ’07 was the last time it was bottled. While I can’t say I was a huge fan of it some years back, it is going to be brewed again so I look forward to checking it out now that years have pasted. Very interesting to see what Goose Island is doing now that they have InBev money to expand. Looking forward to good things out of them in the coming months and years.
