The boys at BlackStack Brewing know their hazy hops and this one is drinking delight. ALL CAPS DIPA is full of Mosaic and Strata hops that bring lots of fruity fun.
It pours a hazy golden-yellow, with a frothy head of foam atop, which slowly settles and leaves sticky lacing on the walls of the glass.
Fruity tropical aromas of ripe apricot and stone fruit, along touch of pineapple in the nose.
Juicy pineapple, apricot, and mango flavors up front. Sticky and juicy, it drinks nicely, with huge hop character, minus the bitterness. More fruitiness on the aftertaste, with a fairly dry finish.
This double brew does a great job of showcasing the character of Mosaic and Strata hops that we love so much.
